Salary: £13.58 per hour

Guaranteed 40+ hours per week

Responsibilities

• Operate in a fast-paced retail environment, staying alert, responsive and ready to step in when needed.
• Deliver professional customer support while greeting customers and helping them feel secure.
• Help keep our stores safe and secure, preventing loss, responding to incidents, identifying risks and supporting safe ways of working.
• Use store technology, including mobile reporting systems and body worn cameras, to support store operations and incident management.
• Stay calm under pressure, responding to challenging situations or supporting emergency procedures with professionalism and confidence.
• Work closely with store colleagues as a team player to maintain high standards, support operations and create a positive environment for everyone.
• Adapt quickly to changing situations and maintain flexibility in a fast moving retail environment.

Qualifications

• Previous security experience is preferred.
• A valid SIA licence is desirable, although not essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A calm, confident and professional approach.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to make sound decisions quickly.
• A genuine passion for customer service and keeping people safe.

Important Information

All candidates must be able to provide a 5 year checkable work history within the UK.
