Security Officer - Flexible Shifts & Career Growth

Wilson James is seeking a dedicated Security Officer for a permanent role in Milton Keynes. You will monitor premises, conduct patrols, respond to incidents, and uphold security protocols to protect staff, visitors and assets.

This full-time position covers 56 hours per week (7 on 3 off and 7 on 4 off) with shifts 07:00-19:00 and 19:00-07:00. A DS SIA Licence is required, along with proven security experience and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
