Brent Cross Town is a vibrant new mixed-use destination, bringing together homes, workplaces, retail, leisure and public spaces in the heart of North West London. We're looking for professional, approachable and customer-focused Security Officers to help create a safe, secure and welcoming environment for everyone who lives, works and visits here.

Working as part of the SecuriGroup team, you'll play a key role in protecting people, property and public spaces while delivering outstanding customer service and acting as an ambassador for the destination.

The Role

As a Security Officer, you'll be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of the Brent Cross Town estate, ensuring visitors, residents, businesses and colleagues enjoy a positive experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering a professional and welcoming customer experience

• Engaging positively with residents, visitors, contractors and stakeholders

• Conducting regular patrols across the estate and public realm

• Monitoring security risks and ensuring site procedures are adhered to

• Preventing and responding to theft, anti-social behaviour and other incidents

• Managing emergency situations calmly and effectively

• Resolving conflict and de-escalating challenging situations

• Promoting health, safety and wellbeing across the estate

• Recording and reporting incidents accurately and professionally

• Supporting investigations and preserving evidence when required

About You

We're looking for individuals who take pride in delivering excellent service and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.

Essential Requirements

• Valid SIA CCTV Licence

• Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence or Security Guard Licence

• Minimum three years' experience in a security role

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Fluent written and spoken English

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

• Professional, approachable and confident manner

• Good IT skills and experience completing incident reports

• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions

• High levels of attention to detail and personal accountability
