The Opportunity

As a Security Officer you will provide a professional, visible, and client facing security presence during core operational hours. The role combines standard security duties with strong customer service and close support to the Facilities Manager and on site teams.

Your duties include (but are not limited to):

• Carry out regular security duties including patrols, access control, monitoring alarms, and incident reporting
• Act as a client facing presence, providing a welcoming and professional service to occupiers, visitors, and contractors
• Deliver a high standard of customer service, responding to queries and issues in a courteous and proactive manner
• Support the Facilities Manager and site team with day to day operations, including contractor oversight and reporting issues
• Assist with front of house activities where required, ensuring site standards are maintained
• Escalate incidents, defects, or concerns in line with site procedures

Full in-house training will be provided.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Valid SIA Licence
• Right to work in the UK and a five year checkable history
• Punctual and reliable
• Passionate about creating an expectational customer experience
• Knowledge of the MS packages (excel, word, outlook)
• Highly intuitive with a curious mindset
• Highly presentable in line with our corporate brand
