  • Develop security tooling, developer workflows, and automated processes to detect vulnerabilities early.
  • Collaborate with internal contributors to perform thorough security audits.
  • Lead external security audits with third party firms and manage ongoing bug bounty programs.
  • Communicate security risks, recommendations, and solutions clearly to technical and non technical stakeholders.
  • Maintain high standards of trust, professionalism, and confidentiality in all security operations.
Requirements
  • Strong curiosity and aptitude for quickly learning complex systems.
  • Familiarity with one or more smart contract platforms.
  • Proven experience as a security consultant, engineer, auditor, or bug bounty participant.
  • Knowledge of open source development practices and collaborative workflows.
  • Willingness to learn multiple blockchain runtimes and validator implementations (e.g., Go, Rust).
  • Understanding of blockchain infrastructure technologies, including validation, bridging, and oracles.
  • Prior experience with reverse engineering, fuzzing, and code review.
  • Demonstrated achievements in bug bounty programs, coding competitions, or CTFs.
Benefits
  • Competitive base salary with lucrative bonus programs.
  • Premium healthcare and life insurance.
  • Pension or 401K plans.
  • 25 days of paid vacation.
  • Remote work flexibility with equipment stipend.
  • Opportunity to work on cutting edge blockchain technologies with global experts.
