Security & Safety Leader - Luxury Hospitality

Estelle Manor is seeking a dedicated Safety & Security Manager to lead our Security team. You will oversee a team of Security Officers, focusing on guest and colleague safety while developing frontline managers in a luxury hospitality environment.

Reporting to the Director of Safety and Security, you will drive standards, communicate effectively with diverse colleagues, and ensure regulatory compliance. This is a full-time, on-site role at our Oxfordshire estate.
