Securitisation Lawyer

An excellent opportunity awaits an ambitious Associate to join a leading City firm in their Structured Finance team. The firm is looking to grow its highly regarded structured finance and securitisation practice, with a particular focus on the financing of loan portfolios and other receivables. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team operating in a buoyant and fast-growing market. The team advises on complex structured finance and securitisation transactions, including warehouse securitisation lines, public securitisations, forward flow arrangements, portfolio sales and other asset-backed financings across a broad range of receivables and loan asset classes

Experience required:

• Qualified in England & Wales
• Have 3-5 years' PQE at a leading structured finance practice.
• Ability to provide clear, practical advice.
• Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree.
