Securities Reconciliation Specialist

For one of our client, we are looking for a :

Securities Reconciliation Specialist (1 year)

Your Mission:

• Securities reconciliation
  
• Reconciliation of our depositories (securities-funds) for all our entities
  
• Manual entry of the statements on our depositories not automatically reconciled, especially Hedge-Funds
  
• Check differences and investigate a monthly basis (securities-funds)
  
• Establish a list of pending for securities-funds
  
• Treatment and follow-up of current files
  
• Claim back missing statements
  
• Responsible and able to handle investigations from the beginning to the end
  

Your Profile:

• Profile of the requested candidate
  
• Experience confirmed in the securities reconciliation department
  
• General knowledge of the Back-Office activities
  
• Knowledge of GTMatch GTExchange Globus T24 (is an asset) MS-Outlook Excel World etc
  
• French mother tongue English good level
  
• Precise meticulous - proactive
  
• Flexibility adaptability capacity be comfortable working in a group and in open space
  
• Stress resistant
