Sector Strategy & Performance Manager

Baringa is seeking a Sector Business Management professional to support the COO and sector leadership in delivering strategic priorities and coordinating sector-wide activities. The role focuses on governance, data insights, and cross-functional collaboration to drive revenue growth and efficient resource use.

You will work with local and central teams to align MI reporting, update leadership forums, and help realise the sector's strategic campaigns and commercial plans.
