Secondary School Site Manager

Overview

Yorkshire and Humber/ permanent / £30k - 40k per year

Secondary School Site Manager opportunity in Leeds. TeacherActive are recruiting to maintain a safe, secure and well-presented school environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate as part of a management team and allocate and monitor work.
• Undertake risk assessments of security risks to the school's grounds and premises.
• Arrange regular security checks and advise on how security risks can be minimised.
• Provide routine maintenance checks and undertake regular assessments to identify needs for minor works or repairs to maintain a safe and satisfactory school environment for students.

Qualifications

• First aid training
• Experience managing fire safety equipment
• Knowledge of alarm systems, CCTV or surveillance equipment where appropriate
• Ability to carry out routine maintenance tasks
