Seeking an LSA/TA/SEND Support worker/Youth Worker/Care Assistant/Graduate now!

This school is built around supporting lower ability pupils or those with additional needs.

• Work 5 days a week within the school or additional provision, supporting lower ability pupils or those with various additional needs (SEMH, ASD, ADHD, MLD, GDD, HI, VI, PMLD) in small groups or on a 1:1 basis to improve engagement, interaction and raise attainment
• Learn and develop your LSA skills
• Work closely with parents to ensure that what is carried out at school is continued at home
• Adopt a friendly and positive approach to teaching and learning, and build strong relationships and rapport with individual children quickly

This is a full-time, temp to permanent opportunity (8:30am - 3:30pm).

School experience ideal, but not essential - graduates, support workers, healthcare assistants, youth workers or personal experience are accepted.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
