Secondary Art Teacher required

I C TALENT is looking for a Full time Art Teacher for a welcoming secondary school in the heart of Peterborough.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Art lessons across KS3 and KS4 (and KS5 if required)

• Develop students' creative skills using a range of media and techniques

• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment

• Assess, monitor, and report on student progress

• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies

• Work collaboratively with the department and wider school staff

• Ensure safeguarding and health and safety procedures are followed at all times

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Experience teaching Art in a UK secondary school

• Strong subject knowledge and passion for creative education

• Ability to inspire, motivate, and engage students

• Effective classroom and behaviour management skills

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
