We offer a hybrid work model you'll be based in our office 3 days a week.

8:30 - 5:30 Mon - Fri

We may ask you to be flexible on this, but we do pay overtime.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Provide Remote/Onsite 2nd Line support to our clients relating to our core technologies
  • Providing an escalation point for 1st line Service Desk Engineers
  • Installation work of core technologies
  • Delivering against our KPIs such as customer satisfaction
  • Working in order of SLA and priority of tickets
  • System documentation
  • Work in accordance with company values, policies and procedures
  • Contribute to our Out of Hours Service as part of a scheduled rota.
What will you bring to the table?
  • Ideally you will be from a Managed Service background
  • Positive and passionate about technology
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • 2nd Line level Experience with most of our core technologies : Microsoft 365, SharePoint, MS Desktop (Windows 7-11), MS Server (2012/2019), Hyper V, VMware, Azure, Switches, Routers, Firewalls (Watchguard), DHCP, DNS, MS Office (2010/365), Antivirus, Printers & Active Directory
The nitty gritty details
  • The salary range for our 2 nd line Support Engineers is £30 - £35k depending on your experience and qualifications.
  • This is a hybrid role with 3 office days per week in Paddock Wood, Kent.
  • Our working hours are 8:30 - 5:30 Monday to Friday, but sometimes we might ask you to be a bit flexible on this for certain projects (don't worry - we pay overtime!)
