Salary: £32,916 - £51,048 plus TLR 2.1 (£3,527) (MPS1 - UPS3)

More about the Role

This is a crucial departmental leadership position of responsibility. The Second in Mathematics will provide academic and pedagogical leadership of the department, working closely with the Senior Leadership team to put 'Students First'. You will be an inspiring leader with the energy and creativity to lead and motivate the team, challenging individuals while supporting them to achieve outstanding results.

Excellent teaching experience delivering in KS3 and KS4 is required. Leadership qualities that allow you to challenge and support your team are essential. The role offers significant opportunities for professional development within the Trust and potential advancement to Senior Leadership or Director of Mathematics across Outwood Family Schools.
