Second Engineer - LNG (XDF)

Overview

Northern Marine Manning Services are currently looking to recruit experienced LNG Second Engineers throughout 2025. All of our client's LNG vessels feature WinGD X-DF dual-fuel engines and GTTs NO96 L03 + containment system. f you are interested in this role please click the apply button below.

Experience Required

You must have at least 12 months at sea as a 2nd Engineer to be considered for the position. Experience sailing on XDF engines is highly preferred.

Essential Certification

• MEDICAL FIRST AID
• STCW ADVANCED MN FIRE FIGHTING
• STCW ELEMENTARY FIRST AID
• STCW FIRE PREVENTION AND FIRE FIGHTING
• STCW PERSONAL SAFETY AND SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• STCW PERSONAL SURVIVAL TECHNIQUES
• STCW PROF. IN ADV GAS TANKER CARGO OPS
• STCW PROFICIENCY IN BASIC GAS TANKER CARGO OPS
• STCW PROFICIENCY IN SURVIVAL CRAFT AND RESCUE BOAT
• STCW SEAFARERS WITH DESIGNATED SECURITY DUTIES
• STCW SECURITY AWARENESS
