Seasonal Store Colleague - Part Time

Role Overview

As a Seasonal Store Colleague, you'll play an important role in helping us deliver an outstanding experience during one of our busiest periods of the year.

You'll support the day-to-day running of the store by providing excellent customer service, replenishing stock, maintaining presentation standards and supporting your colleagues across the shop floor. Every interaction contributes to creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive and welcoming experience for customers, providing support and product information where required.
• Support the achievement of store and team objectives through excellent customer service and product knowledge.
• Replenish stock and help ensure products are available and presented in line with company standards.
• Maintain high standards of presentation across the shop floor, ensuring fixtures, displays and stock areas remain clean, organised and well maintained.
• Complete operational tasks including processing transactions, stock handling and preparing deliveries.
• Use in-store technology and systems to support customer enquiries and daily store operations.
• Follow company policies, procedures and health and safety requirements at all times.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the effective day-to-day running of the store.
• Support with additional duties and tasks, as reasonably required, to contribute to the successful operation of the store during peak trading periods.

Requirements

• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, in line with business needs.
• Availability to work during the festive trading period, including key peak trading dates such as Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day where required.
