The role
Seasonal Stock Assistants are the backbone of our business & work hard to ensure our products are fresh, our visual merchandising is stunning and our standards are impeccable.
We need excellent team players, ready to hit the ground running and ensure our stock levels are maintained during our busiest time of the year.
A sense of time urgency is required, along with good prioritisation skills, and a high level of physical fitness is desirable.
You'll support with processing deliveries, and keeping an eye on stock rotation and waste management.
We need you to be passionate, motivated and enthusiastic about showcasing our beautiful products. We expect our stock assistants to be positive ambassadors for our Store and to chip in with customer service when needed.
Key Information
Hours available: We offer contracts of 12-24 hours per week, depending on availability, you may be placed on a lower contract but there is plenty of opportunity for overtime in late November and December

Start Date: Between Monday 27th October-Monday 3rd November
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining shop floor stock levels during our busiest time of the year.
- Maintaining visual merchandising and cleanliness standards.
- Processing deliveries.
- Adherence to our freshness policy and stock rotation.
- Waste management.
- Stocktakes.
- Maintaining high levels of organisation in the stockroom and back of house areas.
- Members of the stock team will also receive introductory product and customer experience training.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Communication: Strong verbal communication skills to engage customers, actively listen to their needs, and provide relevant product information.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, handle challenging situations, and work effectively under pressure.
Problem-solving: Skill in identifying and resolving any stock issues, finding appropriate solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Organisation: Aptitude for maintaining an organized store environment, managing inventory, and creating visually appealing product displays.
