Seasonal Pub Kitchen: Chef de Partie / Junior Sous (Flexible Shifts)

The Pepperbox Inn in a beautiful location just outside Maidstone is looking for a chef de partie/junior sous chef to work with two senior chefs in a busy country pub kitchen and help develop a changing seasonal menu.

We offer up to 40 hours per week with flexible split shifts (including weekends), a salary of £28,000-£33,000 plus over £7k in gratuities, 26 days leave, a pension, and real opportunities to progress toward senior roles.
