Seasonal Highways Maintenance Operator

Leicestershire County Council is seeking a Highway Works professional to maintain the road network through surface dressing and winter salting. The role covers summer surface dressing, night salting in winter, and related tasks across Croft and Mountsorrel depots.

You will work a 37-hour week in a permanent post, with a shift pattern that may include evenings, weekends and public holidays as required. Drug and alcohol testing applies due to safety-critical status.
