Seasonal Customer Service Pro - Luxury Tea & Coffee

Whittard of Chelsea is seeking a Seasonal Customer Service Advisor for our Milton Park, Abingdon office. The role runs Oct 1 to Dec 31 and also Jan 7, with full onsite hours 9-5 and overtime potential. You will answer calls, emails, and chats from customers across the UK, take orders, and upsell using product knowledge.

You should be experienced in customer service, an excellent communicator, and a true team player who stays calm under pressure during our busy festive period.
