Seasonal Customer Experience Assistant

This is a seasonal role supporting the department during the busiest period of the WTM calendar; from October to end of December, which includes the annual Pantomime.

• Create a positive and welcoming environment for our customers.
• Uphold a high level of customer service, ensuring customer feedback is reported to the Duty Manager.
• Serve customers at bars, kiosks, and retail points quickly and efficiently.
• Carry out Front Of House duties in a professional and friendly manner displaying high standards of customer care.
• Assist in audience evacuations in line with procedures and training.

Status Casual (weekend and evening availability required) Temporary seasonal till Sunday 3rd January 2027

Salary £12.91 per hour
