Job Description

RNLI is seeking a Seasonal Lifeguard Supervisor for operations in Wirral, lasting up to 3 months. This operationally focused role includes overseeing lifeguard recruitment, training, and service delivery. You will work on popular surf beaches and respond to emergencies.

Ideal candidates will have significant lifeguarding experience, knowledge of beach environments, and excellent communication skills. A National Vocational Beach Lifeguard Qualification is desirable.
