Seagoing Head Chef - Galley Leader

National Oceanography Centre (NOC) in Southampton is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead catering on our seagoing research vessel fleet. You will oversee the day-to-day galley operations, ensuring nutritious and enjoyable meals for crew and researchers, while leading a small team.

You will work with the Purser Catering Officer to plan menus, manage budgets, stock, and provisioning, and maintain the highest standards of hygiene and food safety in a challenging seagoing environment.
