Detailed Job Description:

-Must have led and facilitated quarterly project planning events, team sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, while actively participating in and facilitating Scrum of Scrums

- Should have launched and delivered new Agile projects and initiatives, including the creation of a Scrum Master Practice, Agile dashboards, training programs, and new coaching materials to enhance team performance.

- Must have facilitated Scrums to manage visibility and dependencies, coordinating efforts between business and technical teams, and recovering project timelines.

- Should be certified SAFe Scrum Master
