SCPHN School Nurse - Health Promoter for Children

A specialized health organization is seeking a School Nurse to promote and protect the health and wellbeing of children and young people in Jersey. You will work closely with various agencies and families, providing a confidential health service that includes advice on physical and mental health, as well as supportive resources. Applicants must be Registered Health Care Professionals and qualified Specialist Community Public Health Nurses with at least two years of relevant experience. Own transport is essential for this role.
