Scotland Regional Manager - Retail Growth Leader

Poltronesofà S.p.A. is recruiting a Regional Manager for Scotland to lead our Scottish retail region. You will provide visible leadership, coaching Store Managers and teams, and drive sales, service and operational excellence across 12 stores with a strong customer focus.

The role involves travel across the region, delivering key KPI targets, implementing company initiatives, and building strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure consistent standards and compliance throughout the network.
