As Senior Functional Consultant, your primary responsibility is to understand business requirements, convert them into functional design documents (FDD), talk to developers if extensions are needed or configure the design, and test the solution.
This position requires 3 days a week on site in Copenhagen
Key Skills & Experience- A solid history of experience in the roles of architect or principal/senior functional consultant with D365FO or AX.
- Past experience working within one or more of the supply chain modules of D365FO - especially Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, Sales & Marketing or Master Planning
- Experience in Agile frameworks - will be beneficial to possess.
- Wish to take part in a team-oriented and collaborative work environment where progress is shared and problems are openly discussed.
- Project and stakeholder management abilities.
- A higher educational background within in business administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field of study.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and you are comfortable communicating with others
- Design, configure, test, deploy, and document Service Operations solutions in D365FO
- Ensure the solutions are continuously improved and optimized.
- Deliver, advise users and colleagues on how to benefit from using D365FO functionality.
- Define, refine and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with our Business Product Owners, ensuring alignment with business goals and requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, translating them into actionable user stories.
- Work closely with delivery teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements and timely delivery of features.
- Monitor and report on product performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize functionality and user experience.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all technical aspects of the product, providing guidance and support to the development team.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our solutions remain relevant and innovative.
