Position Overview

We are seeking a Scientist in DNA nanotechnology to drive the development of novel nanostructures and their application in biomarker detection. This role combines hands-on research with translational development, offering the opportunity to shape early-stage technologies into impactful products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, optimize, and validate DNA nanostructures for biomarker detection.
  • Apply DNA nanotechnology to tissue- and solution-based assays (IHC, RNA ISH, ELISA, FACS).
  • Perform bioconjugation of oligonucleotides with proteins, peptides, and other biomolecules.
  • Purify and analyze oligonucleotides and conjugates (by chromatography, electrophoresis).
  • Collaborate with product and application teams to translate R&D findings into usable solutions.
  • Document, interpret, and present experimental data.
Required Qualifications and Experience
  • Ph.D. in Bioengineering, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience in DNA nanotechnology (DNA origami or related methods)
  • Practical expertise in bio-conjugation techniques
  • Strong track record of experimental design, troubleshooting, and data interpretation.
Preferred Skills and Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in industry or translational research environment
  • Basic proficiency in bioinformatics or data science (R, Python)
  • Familiarity with microscopy image acquisition and analysis
  • Experience with electronic lab notebooks (ELNs).
