Science Technician

About the role: Join a vibrant Science department to keep practical learning safe, smooth and inspiring across Biology, Chemistry and Physics.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, set up and clear away apparatus and chemicals for practicals

Maintain prep rooms, equipment logs and stock (incl. ordering and deliveries)

Ensure compliance with H&S guidance (CLEAPSS/COSHH)

Support teachers and students during demonstrations and investigations

Requirements:

Lab or school technician experience (training available for graduates)

Methodical, hands-on and safety-focused approach

Good organisational skills and attention to detail
