Job Description
Teaching Tomorrow is working in partnership with a number of secondary schools across Oxfordshire who are seeking passionate and knowledgeable Science Teachers to join their teams. We are recruiting for a range of roles across Biology, Chemistry and Physics, including general Science teaching across KS3 and KS4, with some opportunities at KS5.Whether you are an experienced teacher or an ECT, we would love to hear from you.The RoleAs a Science Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and well-structured lessons that support pupils to make excellent progress. You will plan and teach in line with the curriculum, maintain high expectations, and contribute to a positive learning environment where students feel motivated and supported.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality Science lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 where required)Plan lessons in line with curriculum expectations and school schemes of workAssess pupil progress and provide clear feedback to support achievementCreate a safe and inclusive classroom environment with strong behaviour managementWork collaboratively with department staff and wider school teamsRequirementsQualified Teacher Status (QTS) is preferred (or relevant UK teaching experience)Strong subject knowledge across Science (Biology, Chemistry or Physics)Ability to motivate and engage pupils of all abilitiesA professional, flexible and reliable approachWhy Work with Teaching Tomorrow?At Teaching Tomorrow, we take pride in matching great teachers with the right schools.
