Science Teacher (KS3-KS4)

This fantastic Woking school is seeking to appoint a passionate and committed Science Teacher to join our successful and supportive Science Department. This role involves teaching Science to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, with the opportunity to contribute to curriculum development and enrichment activities.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Teach engaging and effective Science lessons across KS3 and KS4.
• Plan, prepare, and assess in line with curriculum and exam board requirements.
• Support pupils of all abilities to achieve their potential.
• Contribute positively to departmental collaboration and whole-school initiatives.
• Maintain high expectations for behaviour, learning, and progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Holds QTS (or is working towards it).
• Strong subject knowledge in Science (specialist discipline welcome but not essential).
• Enthusiastic, organised, and committed to high-quality teaching and learning.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Keen to develop professionally and work as part of a team.
• Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are warmly encouraged to apply, as well as experienced teachers seeking a new challenge.
