Science Engagement Lead - Inspire Visitors & Teams

The International Centre for Life in Newcastle is seeking a Science Engagement Manager to lead and support high-quality visitor engagement across the science centre. You'll coach Explainers to deliver confident, welcoming and inclusive face-to-face engagement, working with Duty Managers to ensure a consistently great visitor experience.

You'll collaborate to interpret visitor feedback, shape engagement ideas, and line manage the Lead Maker and Science Engagement Laboratory Technician.
