School Premises Officer (Caretaker) - Part-Time, Term-Time

The Complementary Education Service of Sefton Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking a Premises Officer (Caretaker) to maintain the security and upkeep of its Pinefield Centre and associated teaching bases. The role is 22 hours per week, term time only with an extra 10 days, split across early mornings and late afternoons.

We welcome flexible, reliable candidates, with maintenance skills being beneficial. Experience in school caretaking is not essential, but a proactive mindset and commitment
