School Membership & Marketing Manager

Location: Remote / Gloucestershire (flexible)

Salary: £30,000 FTE, 25 hours/week (pro-rated)

Hours: Part-time, 25 hours per week

The Role

Drive the growth of AEGIS school membership across the UK and internationally, strengthening relationships and raising awareness of our work. You will play a key part in shaping strategy, marketing initiatives, and events - all while enjoying the flexibility of a part-time, remote role.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Strong knowledge of the UK boarding school and education sector
• Experience managing external relationships
• Ability to promote membership and follow up leads effectively
• Confidence representing an organisation at events and meetings
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a small team
• Experience in marketing, event planning, or international education (desirable)
