School Inclusion & Behaviour Manager - Elevate Student Outcomes

TeacherActive is recruiting an Internal Inclusions Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of the Internal Inclusion provision in a Birmingham school. You will support students with behavioural, emotional and learning needs and deliver personalised interventions.

The role is long-term with potential to become permanent for the right candidate, offering a supportive environment that emphasises inclusion, high expectations and collaborative working with staff, parents and the pastoral team.
