School Hospitality Chef: Menu Innovator & Kitchen Leader

Lodestone House is seeking a Hospitality Chef to plan, prepare, and present meals to the high standards required by the Company and Client. You will lead kitchen operations, supervise a small team, ensure compliance with hygiene and health and safety rules, and collaborate with on-site leaders to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Your role includes menu development, stock control, waste reduction, and embracing feedback to continually improve service.
