School Head Chef: Lead Kitchen & Culinary Excellence

Chartwells is recruiting a Head Chef on a full-time basis (35 hours per week) contracted to 43.6 weeks per year. You will lead a kitchen team, deliver high-quality food, manage stock and budgets, and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards. A strong communicator with leadership skills is essential.

You will join Compass Group UK&I and help drive exceptional food experiences for clients across education sectors. The role offers progression and recognition for high performance.
