Job Description
Harrow Council is seeking an experienced Capital Projects Manager to lead delivery across Harrow's school estate and corporate properties. The role involves technical property guidance, budget control, and contractor oversight to ensure safe, on-time delivery.
You will visit schools and sites, prepare reports and liaise with Head Teachers and Governors, coordinating with consultants and external partners to deliver capital works and maintenance plans.
