School Cover Manager: Lead & Elevate Learning

Coast and Vale Learning Trust is seeking a dedicated Cover Manager to join the team at Wheatley Park School, starting September 2026. This role focuses on leading the team of cover teachers to ensure students receive a calm and productive learning experience when regular teachers are unavailable.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration of cover systems, stepping in to teach when necessary, and providing comprehensive training and support for the cover team. Located just east of Oxford, the school offers an excellent working environment with supportive staff and professional development opportunities.
