TEMPORARY SCHOOL COOK - BARROW-IN-FURNESS

We are currently looking for an experienced and reliable School Cook/Chef to join a school kitchen in Barrow-in-Furness on a temporary basis from September.

The role includes: Preparing and cooking fresh, nutritious meals for pupils and staff Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness Following food safety and allergen procedures Working efficiently as part of a small kitchen team Providing a friendly and professional service

What we're looking for:Previous experience in a school, care, nursery or similar catering environmentFood Hygiene certificateKnowledge of allergens and food safetyReliable, organised and able to work independentlyEnhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
