School Cleaning Supervisor

About The Role

Monday - Friday, 17 00 (37 weeks per year, 33 weeks term time, 4 weeks deep clean)

Hourly Rate: £13.71

Location: Tunbridge Wells, TN4 9SY

Pay will be distributed evenly across the year, providing a monthly payment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cleaning services to Atlas clients, ensuring high standards at all times.
• Induct and train within your first week to understand the cleaning specification.
• Provide excellent customer care across shift hours.
• Operate site based equipment and cleaning materials, including replenishment of consumables.
• Empty litter bins into designated waste and recycling containers.
• Maintain Health & Safety standards.
• Collaborate with the team to exceed client expectations.

Qualifications

• Positive, friendly attitude and a passion for making a difference.
• Local to Tunbridge Wells or the surrounding area.
• Cleaning experience and ability to carry out the role's physical demands.
• Basic spoken English for safety and communication.
• Good social skills, service orientation and willingness to smile.
• Right to work in the UK and a valid DBS check.
• Two satisfactory references.
