School Cleaning Operative

Hours: Part-time - 15 hours per week, Monday to Friday (15:30PM - 18:30PM) Salary: £12.91 per hour About Us: Lewis Cleansing is a family-run commercial cleaning company, proudly employing over 250 dedicated team members across the West Midlands.

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Part-Time School Cleaning Operative to join our Bromsgrove team.

In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that our school facilities are clean, hygienic, and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning tasks, including mopping, vacuuming, sweeping, and dusting in classrooms, offices, reception areas, hallways, kitchens, and toilets.
• Empty bins and replace liners as needed.
• Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies and promptly report low inventory to management.
• Restock essential consumables (e.g., toilet rolls, paper towels, hand soaps, and sanitisers) as required.
• You may be responsible for locking and unlocking the building.
