School Catering Manager: Lead Kitchen & Service Excellence

Chartwells Independent in Newport is seeking an experienced Catering Manager to oversee all in-house catering and service operations on a full-time basis, contracted to 35 hours per week, with a 43.6 week year.

You will ensure exceptional food and service, lead culinary teams, manage budgets and KPIs, and drive sales through new concepts while maintaining safety standards. NVQ1/2 or City & Guilds 706/1&2, Basic Food Hygiene, and at least two years in catering are required.
