School Caretaker

Salary: £14.40 per hour

We are seeking a reliable, practical, and proactive Caretaker to join our warm and welcoming village school community.

This is a hands on role ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a safe, clean, and tidy environment for children and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• General upkeep and maintenance of school buildings and grounds
• Carrying out basic DIY tasks (e.g., minor repairs, fixing fixtures, painting)
• Keeping outdoor areas tidy, including litter picking and light gardening
• Maintaining pathways, play areas, and ensuring overall site safety
• Supporting health and safety checks
