Summary: The Governing Board at St John the Baptist RC Primary School wish to appoint a highly motivated School Business Support Officer who is highly efficient with a fine attention to detail. They must have the ability to communicate well with staff, parents and Governors and can provide a welcoming andprofessional 'public face' for the school.
The role is permanent and full time, term time only.

Essential Qualifications- 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above including English and Maths
- Appropriate training in the use of ICT
- Good organisational skills
- NVQ Level 2 Business Administration or equivalent
- Experience of Microsoft Office
- Preparation and presentation of reports, letters and documents
- Experience of school administration systems - SIMS and Finance 6
- Experience of cash handling and banking
- Working in a school environment
