Job Description
Overview

Salary £28,142 to £32,061 per year. Working hours Mon Fri 8:30am to 1:30pm, 25 hours Term Time Only (Pro Rata). Location: Holmeswood Methodist Primary School, Chapel Lane, Holmeswood, Rufford, L40 1UD.

Responsibilities
  • Wide range of administrative duties, including financial administration: processing invoices, ordering resources, managing transactions/accounts and reconciling monthly Oracle reports.
  • Self manage workload with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Support safeguarding and promote welfare of children and young people.
Essential Experience & Skills
  • Competent in ICT, including MS Office (Word & Excel) or equivalent.
  • Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Strong communication with staff, children, parents and visitors.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.
  • Maintain confidentiality.
Desirable Qualifications & Experience
  • 4 GCSEs (or equivalent) Grade 9 (A) to 4 (C), including Maths and English.
  • Experience working in a school.
  • Experience using Bromcom, Arbor, SIMS, SIMS Finance or equivalent.
  • Experience in a busy office environment.
