Pendle Community High School & College is an Ofsted-rated Outstanding special school for students aged 11-19 with a range of learning difficulties and additional needs. We are seeking a dynamic School Business Support Officer 1 to join our vibrant and inclusive school community.
What You'll Do:- Undertake Reception duties, providing a warm welcome to visitors, answering telephone and responding to routine queries.
- Provide general clerical and administrative support.
- Update and maintain school diaries and produce weekly bulletin.
- Maintaining the daily lunch ordering system.
- Ability to work both as part of a team and independently.
- Effective communication skills both oral and written.
- Experience of Microsoft Office ICT packages.
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet agreed deadlines.
