The Role:

Take full ownership of the school's finance operations, from day-to-day transactions to strategic financial planning

Lead the production of monthly management accounts and be the driving force behind accurate forecasting and budgeting

Coordinate the full year-end process and liaise with auditors to ensure a smooth close-down

Partner with senior leadership to provide insights that directly shape school-wide decisions

Improve processes and champion financial efficiency across the board

The Person:

School experience is absolutely essential - non-negotiable

Confident user of FMS and Excel

Strong communicator who enjoys working with others and building relationships

Organised, proactive and adaptable in a busy, multi-tasking environment
