Job Description Purpose and Objectives
  • Lead and manage all aspects of school business operations, ensuring the schools derive maximum benefit from their budgets and resources.
  • In collaboration with Central Office, oversee financial, HR, administrative, and estate management systems, ensuring compliance, accountability, and best value.
  • Act as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, contributing to strategic planning and school improvement.
  • Anticipate and respond to the needs of staff, pupils, parents, and stakeholders.
  • Promote and model the values and ethos of the schools.
Person Specification (Summary)
  • Level 4 Diploma in School Business Management or equivalent (or willingness to work towards).
  • Experience of financial and HR management in a school or similar setting.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and equal opportunities.

This pivotal role will lead our financial, administrative, and operational functions, ensuring we remain efficient, sustainable, and fully equipped to meet the needs of our young people.
