The school is looking to appoint a School Administrator on a long term basis with the opportunity to go permanent for the right School Administrator. The successful School Administrator will be responsible for reception duties, answering telephone calls, managing filing systems, and supporting the day to day running of the school office using Arbor or similar systems.

Qualifications and Experience

• Previous administrative experience, ideally within a school setting.
• Experience using Arbor or similar school management systems.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Experience with reception duties and handling telephone enquiries.
• Ability to manage filing systems and maintain accurate records.
• A professional and approachable manner.
